FOUNDING PARTNER
Jerome K. Mitchell is the founding partner of Mitchell Law Group and is licensed to practice law in the State of New York. Mr. Mitchell maintains a multifaceted practice spanning Employment Law, Civil Litigation, Corporate Law, Patent, Trademark, and Entertainment Law, including more than 10 years of experience in employment law matters.
Mr. Mitchell has extensive experience in entertainment law, having worked on shows and negotiated contracts with major television networks and film studios, in addition to representing artists on matters spanning content licensing, distribution agreements, and production-related transactions. His entertainment practice also extends into the video game industry, where he advises developers, publishers, and studios on intellectual property protection, licensing agreements, and the commercial and legal complexities specific to interactive media.
Prior to founding Mitchell Law Group, Mr. Mitchell served as In-House Counsel for a research and development company, where he directed Patent and Trademark prosecution, Technology Licensing, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Law matters, and oversaw numerous high-stakes international business transactions, including a technology transfer valued at $500 million.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Mitchell practiced Corporate Law, Intellectual Property, Patent Litigation, and Civil Litigation at several of New York City's most prestigious law firms. He founded Mitchell Law Group with the specific objective of delivering efficient, cost-effective legal services without compromising the caliber of representation clients receive at larger institutions.

Clarence T. Pollard's practice is dedicated to the development of workplaces that operate fairly, productively, and in compliance with applicable law — for employees, management, shareholders, and regulatory bodies alike. Mr. Pollard's employment law practice reflects extensive experience advising both employers and employees on complex workplace matters.
Mr. Pollard earned his B.A. from Yale University and his J.D. from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University (Bloomington). Following law school, he clerked in Birmingham, Alabama, for the first African-American federal judge in Alabama's history. He subsequently developed his practice in traditional labor law and employment law at two of the nation's premier workplace law firms in Chicago and San Francisco.
Mr. Pollard's work spans day-to-day employment counseling, workplace investigations, manager and supervisor training, and Reductions in Force conducted in compliance with the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the WARN Act, and applicable state law. He maintains extensive litigation experience resolving workplace disputes arising under federal, state, and local law.
